This module will teach you the importance of labour and capital as essential factors for wealth creation.
You will learn to apply the multiple-income strategy that gives you access to income from labour and income from capital (dividends).
Depending on your preferences, you will learn to apply the Core-Satellite-Strategy to compose your financial wealth infrastructure, i.e. selecting a core of essentially relevant incomes/investments and opting for additional incomes/investments where applicable.
Furthermore, you will learn how to manage your online broker investment account and how to track your investments.
At the end of this Module, you will have the big picture on which components are suitable for you to compose your own financial wealth infrastructure.

Module 3: Investing strategies for listed asset classes
This module covers asset classes that can be purchased on regulated stock exchanges:
- Equity ETFs (Exchange-Traded Funds)
- Stocks
- REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts)
You will learn how to analyse securities of each asset class (using finantial ratios, fundamental analysis etc) to make well-founded investment decisions.
You will also learn how to apply the Core-Satellite-Strategy within each of those asset classes.
At the end of this module, you will have the necessary toolbox to become a skilled retail investor.

Module 4: Investing strategies for non-listed asset classes
This module covers asset classes not being available on regulated stock markets, notably Crowdinvesting.
This is not at all mandatory for wealth accumulation - but nevertheless exciting if you want to get in direct contact with your capital seekers (unlike in Module 3 where everything is done via online broker and stock exchange platforms).
At the end of this module, you will have an impression on how due diligence works and what it feels like to take entrepreneurial risks.
